Our invoices make paying by credit card easy and convenient.  To pay by
credit card simply complete and return the credit card section attached to
your invoice.

You may authorize the payment of each invoice individually or, like most of
our credit card paying clients, you may have your fees automatically applied
to your credit card each billing period.  Either way, you will continue to
receive your invoices just as if you were paying by check.  The only
difference when paying by credit card is that your invoice will arrive in
your mailbox with a line item reflecting your payment and your current
balance due of $0.00.



The "No Message" Message May Enhance Your Fax or Email Service

Most of our clients currently receive their messages via fax or email
message delivery.  It is important to know that if you do not have any
outstanding messages at your pre-scheduled message delivery time, you will
not receive a fax or email.

However, as a premium service you can elect to receive the "no message"
message on your fax or email.  This means that even if you do not have any
outstanding messages at your pre-scheduled delivery time you will still
receive a fax indicating that you have no messages.  Some of our clients
feel the need to receive this type of confirmation, if you would like this
premium service please contact Bonnie.  The cost is only $2.95 per billing
period.

This level of service only applies to fax and email clients who receive
their messages at pre-scheduled times in batches and does not apply to those
who receive their messages as we process them.

Open House Wednesday March 20th 9am to 4pm

Around The Clock will host its quarterly Open House on Wednesday March 20th.
This is a "working" open house.  We will have coffee and bagels on hand,
however the focus of this day is to open our doors to clients on a "no
appointment needed" basis.  We will have client relations, billing,
supervisory and administrative personnel available to assist you with any
questions, concerns, account information review and updates as well as a
guided tour of our operations and facility.

If you are unable to visit us on the 20th, please remember to call or fax us
at once should you have any questions or required changes on your account.


Did You Know...
Enhanced Voice Mail Is Available at Around The Clock

ATC has been offering voice mail since 1989.  Voice mail is available as a
stand-alone service to process all calls in an automated fashion.  In
addition, voice mail sub-accounts are available so that callers can listen
to prompts and select choices to hear specific information or to leave a
message for a particular individual or department.

Voice mail at ATC is very cost effective and has numerous applications.  If
you are considering any changes on your account we encourage you to rely on
us as your communications consultants.  We are experts at interpreting your
